Richard Baick is a native of Irvine and a graduate of University High
School. After completing his undergraduate studies at the Johns Hopkins
University, he attended the Loma Linda University School of Medicine,
graduating in 1995. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Lutheran
General Hospital in Chicago. He is board certified by the American Board

Dr.
Rosemary Donaldson-Ford completed her undergraduate training
at Michigan State University. She received her medical degree from Wayne
State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1983. After completing her residency
and family practice at Providence hospital in Southfield, Michigan, she
spent the next three years in the National Health Service Corp providing
care to the underserved and indigent. Dr. Ford relocated to Southern California
and has been practicing in Orange County since 1989. She is board certified
in Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family

Dr.
James Feld is a graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School.
Dr. Feld was a resident at the University of Miami and UCLA's Jules Stein
Eye Institute/Kern Medical Center Ophthalmology Program. After competing
two additional years of residency at Western Medical Center, he became
the residency coordinator at Western Medical Center Family Practice Residency
Program. Dr. Feld is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
and has been in private practice in Irvine since 1982. He is Clinical
Professor of Family Medicine at the University of California, Irvine.

Dr.
Benjamin Goelman received his medical degree at McGill University
in Montreal in 1977 followed by completion of the family practice residency
at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital. Since 1979, he has been practicing
family medicine in Orange County. Dr. Goelman is certified by the American
Board of Family Medicine and The College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Antoine Mourra received his medical degree at McMaster University
School of Medicine in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1976. He began
private practice in rural Ontario in 1978 after completing his residency in Family Medicine at McMaster University Health Services Center. In
1980, Dr. Mourra relocated to Orange County where he has been practicing
family medicine. Dr. Mourra speaks French, Spanish, and Creole. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

David Paskil completed his undergraduate studies at the University
of California, Irvine where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received
his medical degree from the UCI College of Medicine and completed his
Family Practice Residency at Western Medical Center. Dr. Paskil has been
in private practice in Orange County since 1983. He is a member of the
American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified by the American

Carmela Yacoob completed her undergraduate degree, Bachelors of Science,
at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She received her Medical
Degree at McMaster University Faculty of Medicine in 1977. After completing
postgraduate medical training at MacMaster University Health Services Center
in 1978, she started her private family medicine practice in Ontario, Canada.
She has been practicing the full spectrum of family medicine since moving

Marlene Yacoob received her medical degree from the University of
Western Ontario in 1991, followed by completion of a Family Practice Residency

Board of Family Medicine and the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Allen Houshiar received his medical degree from Western University
of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in 2000. He completed his family
practice residency at Presbyterian Whittier hospital in affiliation with
University of Southern California in 2003. He is certified by the American
Board of Family Practice. He serves as adjunct clinical instructor of
Family Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences.
Dr.
Elaine King grew up in Irvine and received her medical degree
from the University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine in 1999. She completed
her residency in Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside. She
is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a
member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She has served on
the Volunteer Clinical Faculty, Department of Family Medicine at UCI.
She enjoys being a classical concert pianist in her spare time. Dr. King
is also fluent in Chinese.
